Theory’s Corporate Headquarters is housed above the store in a five-story corner building in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. The brand’s ground level flagship retail store needed to be flexible and allow for large events. We took inspiration from the industrial butcher’s racks traditional in the history of the iconic neighborhood to create an open space with floating, movable hanging racks that allow the space to fold.
